How to read your invoice

To see an explanation of certain terms, hold your mouse over the icon below. The explanation or definition will appear in a dialogue box.

• Account Number -
  Similar to your policy number, it is the number used, along with your zip code, to access our on-line payment web site to make a payment on your policy.
• Previous Balance -
  The “Current Balance Due” from the last invoice we sent you.
• Current Balance Due -
  Amount due to us to keep your policy active.
• Payment Received -
  Any payment amount(s) received from you prior to your most current invoice.
• Current Installment -
  The most recent amount that is due to us.
• Date Due -
  The date by which we must receive the Current Balance Due in order to keep your policy active.
• Future Installment Schedule -
  Amount(s) yet to be billed. We will mail you the invoice for payment about 20 days before the due date.
• Your Agent Is -
  The name of 'Your local agent' from whom you purchased this policy.
• Policy Number -
  Found on your declarations page, it identifies the policy that was issued to you for the current policy term.
• Total Balance -
  The amount owed if you wish to pay all remaining premium in full.
• Pay Code # -
  The code used to access our 24 hour automated telephone payment system. The automated system is available in English and Spanish.
